Chelsea Louise Tritschler is the Clinical Director of Derriford Therapies and a highly experienced podiatrist dedicated to helping people move comfortably and live without foot pain. She graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2015 and went on to complete an MSc in Forensic Podiatry at the University of Huddersfield, developing specialist knowledge in biomechanics, wound care, and medico-legal podiatry.

Before opening Derriford Therapies, Chelsea worked across private practice, care homes, and NHS prison services, where she treated a wide range of complex foot conditions and helped train podiatrists working within the prison healthcare system. Today, she combines evidence-based treatments with a warm, patient-first approach, focusing on improving mobility, reducing pain, and helping every patient enjoy a more active lifestyle.

Outside the clinic, Chelsea is passionate about supporting the local Plymouth community through fundraising events and health initiatives, reflecting the caring values that are at the heart of Derriford Therapies.
